Is a small neighborhood on either side of Highway 173 from Highway 18 down about half way to the Village entrance. Most of the homes are on the east side of 173 but some also on the west side nearer to 18. There are some spectacular homes in Crest Estates and they tend to be spaced farther apart then in most areas. There are some properties that have very large lots and in some cases, an acre or so. If you are looking for luxury and character and space to avoid running into your neighbors, Crest Estates might be for you. The homes tend to be priced higher than almost anywhere else except the Arrowhead Woods and perhaps parts of Skyforest. Residents have easy access to Highway 18 whether you are heading up to Big Bear or down the Mountain. And it is close to the Village shops and Stater Brothers Market.
